Booking rules and other important information

For long term rentals, more than four weeks, we want you to contact us before booking!

Payment: 50% of the rent is paid upon booking. The remaining 50% is payable no later than seven days before the check-in date. Visa, Mastercard or American Express. (If you want to pay with Swish or bank transfer, you must contact us for booking).

Included: The rental cost includes electricity, water, towel, bath towels, bed linen, TV, internet and final cleaning (not dishes). Please note that other landlords do not always include electricity, water and final cleaning in their price!

Deposit. We do not charge a deposit but any damage will be charged.

Cancellation policy: If canceled no later than six weeks before the check-in date, 75% of the paid rent will be refunded. If canceled later than six weeks before the check-in date, no refund will be made.

Due to the current covid mode, the tenant has the right to move their booking until the check-in date in any of the following scenarios:
1. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises against travel to / from Spain
2. Perimeter quarantine due to high spread of infection (Covid-19) in one of the municipalities of Malaga, Fuengirola, Mijas, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Marbella (Perimeter quarantine in one of these municipalities means that the tenant can not get to the apartment in Estepona).
Rebooking due to illness is not accepted. In that case, the tenant's private insurance usually covers cancellations.

When rebooking, previously paid rent will be deducted from the new rental cost. No money is refunded. Rebooking can take place 1 year from the date of cancellation.

Rental agreement: After booking, a rental agreement is signed between the landlord / tenant. A copy of the passport or NIE number must be registered in the rental agreement. The contents of the rental agreement are displayed and approved by you when you make the booking. After booking, we will send the agreement to you for signature. If you need help with a copy of the passport / NIE number, please contact us. This can be done AFTER the booking itself

Check-in: 16:00 or later, first day of booking.
Check-out: 10:00 or earlier, last day of booking.
If possible, other check-in / check-out times can be arranged. In that case, it is done in agreement with the landlord.
